I've done this across complex domains such as biotech and enterprise security, establishing design as a strategic function that changed how the company competed. In each case, it earned its place rather than being handed one.

Currently, I'm Head of Product Design at Araceli Biosciences, where I lead design and product strategy as a member of the Senior Leadership Team. Previously I founded and scaled the design practice at Berkeley Lights from zero, growing it into a team of five. In 2024, I founded Withmore, a boutique design strategy consultancy advising early-stage B2B founders on 0-to-1 product design and design function building.

Lately my work has moved increasingly into AI-native product design and strategy.
