Over 15 years, I've done this across biotech, enterprise security, and complex B2B systems, establishing design as a strategic function and leaving it stronger than I found it.

Currently Head of Product Design at Araceli Biosciences, where I lead design and product strategy as a member of the Senior Leadership Team. Previously I founded and scaled the design practice at Berkeley Lights from zero, growing it into a team of five and helping move platform NPS from -10 to +35. I founded Withmore, a boutique design strategy consultancy advising early-stage B2B founders on 0-to-1 product design and design function building.

My expertise is in complex, high-stakes environments where design decisions have real consequences: scientific platforms, enterprise systems, and increasingly AI-native products where getting the experience right matters deeply for the people doing the work and the businesses built on it.
